We are a few trail enthusiasts frustrated by finding locked gates to public land due to lack of implementation of local trail master plans, in mid 2000 began joining efforts to stimulate progress of those local community plans and also identify routes to link the communities providing for alternative transportation and recreation needs within densely developed cities.
